Urban Asian by JM Robert

The Hong Kong art gallery “Art Supermarket” is honoured to present Urban Asian by emerging Street Art artist JM Robert. The French artist is a globetrotter between two worlds, which are worlds apart. Coming from the old continent to Asia, JM Robert tries to come closer to this new Asian world. On his second journey he portrays Asian women, focusing on their faces, to show their deep emotions and their feelings of being confronted with an extremely diverse, fast-paced and vibrant mega-city-life such as Hong Kong offers. JM Robert carefully interprets such faces and transforms them in a powerful art force. Urban Asian is an intimate survey of human sensitivities by JM Robert.
